Once tasks are identified, rppl’s advanced task management system steps in. Tasks are auto-generated based on the meeting’s discussions and then recorded directly onto a Kanban board or calendar. We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature: automated meeting minutes. As the meeting unfolds, rppl will automatically capture everything—from key points and decisions to tasks and outcomes. Once the meeting ends, the minutes are generated and shared with the team, saving you from the tedious task of writing them up manually.
With this new addition, you’ll always have a clear and concise record of what was discussed and agreed upon, ready to reference or share.
